David Ebert, JD – Board Member

David Ebert, JD brings over 20 years of contract management, Study Start-up, legal, training and teaching, executive/management coaching, and process analysis experience. David has led teams in senior management positions for approximately 18 years in global Site Contract Management at CROs (INC Research now Syneos, Clinipace now Caidya, Parexel, and Oculus Research). David has focused on managing global teams in the Study Start-up area throughout this career in the industry. He is consulting in the industry at Oculus Research, non-profit organizations, and coaching and mentoring rising and established industry leaders. In addition, David has experience implementing company-wide systems, running large SSU Functional Service Providers (FSPs) relationships, and speaking at industry conferences.

David graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Political Science from North Carolina State University and Juris Doctor from the University of Texas School of Law. He is Six Sigma trained.
