Esther Nakagawara, OD - Assistant Director of Clinical Operations and Investigator

Esther Nakagawara, OD, FAAO, is the Assistant Director of Clinical Operations and an Investigator for Oculus Research. She is a graduate of The University of Tulsa and The University of California Berkeley School of Optometry. Following her primary care residency at the William G. Hefner VA Medical Center in Salisbury, NC, Dr. Nakagawara worked in primary care in the Raleigh/Cary area for 12 years before transitioning to clinical research. Her training has included GCP, HIPAA, and CPR/BLS certification.
